I didn’t understand what coaching was until I had one. Coaching has shifted from an industry that helped businesses provide management and leadership coaching for the “troubled” employee to an industry of trusted advisors. Although coaching is more than a passive alliance with a client, it sometimes becomes a longterm relationship as a trusted ally and advisor.
