Expanding Your Leadership Skills

1. Grow organically in the skills through various experiential environments
2. Education (MBA, other courses, etc.)
3. Executive coaching & mentoring
At Trove, Inc. we took the three components above and blended them into a solid coaching program. When we are coaching in a company, we like to include observations of real-time meetings, brainstorming and general operational scenarios. This observation is then brought into the coaching sessions for goal-setting, management & leadership framing and leadership core competency work. Secondly, we include some professional training into the sessions and/or include training with broader teams that may report to our client. Whether the training is just brought into the session or with the full team, our curriculum is based on real core concepts, not just general knowledge-based theories. The use of coaching with even one-on-one training like mind mapping and other visuals, helps drive the core competencies up faster than when only coaching or training is applied separately. The combination of the two has proven to be a multiplier in client results. Lastly, in addition to organic experiences and the combination of coaching and training we have various coaching plans to address the specific outcomes necessary for client results. From the highest level of executive coaching to transition coaching, career coaching or our high-potential program, Trove, Inc. has developed through the years a solid and proven slate of coaching services. This next year could be your organization’s year of development. When you as the primary leader or you as a team member improve your leadership skills, productivity, efficiency and synergy improves, as well.
